Sweet Cuisine – Part Two: Meredith’s

To follow on my earlier post this month about the dessert pop up dining event by Sweet Cuisine, I’m here to share my photos from the one that took place at Meredith’s.

Unlike the event at Sidart where Brian focused on Valhrona chocolate, there is not a particular theme for this pop up. Each dish is beautifully plated and this time, we were served by Roselle Campbell who is ever so delightful.

Strawberry Cheesecake | Watermelon, mint meringues, citrus and berry ice.

Black Boy Peach | Pistachio cake, peach granite, hops ice cream and edible blooms

Buttermilk Pannacotta | Raspberry, rhubarb compote, anise and beetroot puff.

Guanaja Shells | peanut, chocolate mousse, cherry and NO banana.

Personally, I prefer this set menu compared to the Valhrona Chocolate set because of the different fruity elements in every dish. I adore the red flesh Black Boy peach, the plump cherries and my favourite dish was the beetroot puff in combination with the buttermilk pannacotta.
