Singapore: Assembly Coffee

Quick Fire Review

Food: Small cafe menu with limited options when it comes to savory items, but everything looks appetising!

Must Try: The buttermilk waffles and Shibuya toast. I opted for the salted caramel waffles which was perfect. Crispy exterior but still soft inside. Just the right amount of salted caramel sauce and topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream! The Shibuya thick toast comes with yoghurt, ice cream and strawberries. They also serve some of the smoothest soy coffees I have ever tried.

Environment and Service: Small and rather hidden cafe, the decor uses plenty of wooden elements like shelving, table and coffee trays. Friendly young staff but because of the small kitchen, food takes a while to come out.

Price: Reasonably priced at around $13 for food. Coffee is around $5.
