Located on the banks of Waikato River, this restaurant is part of the Huka Prawn Park that is situated in Taupo. With a spacious dining room, you can opt to sit inside or outside while enjoying the scenery and freshly cooked prawns.
There isn’t much to say about this restaurant except for the fact that it’s a very popular attraction for tourist who want to catch their own prawns and that the food is relatively pricey considering what they have to offer. The regular prawns cost around $90 a kilo and if you are lucky, they offer smaller prawns on special and that cost around $45 a kilo.
